Wholesome Meals
No "kid foods" here!

When your child arrives in the morning they have the option to eat a wholesome breakfast; lunch and afternoon snack are also provided. Like all providers, we are required to serve meals that follow the USDA guidelines whether on the food program or not. As a one woman show, I chose to not be apart of the food program as it's more paperwork for me! But rest assured, I provide more wholesome meals than most programs. You will not see meals filled with canned fruits and vegetables and processed meats from me! I pride myself in offering whole foods and homemade meals. Free range eggs, oatmeal, and homemade granola and yogurt for breakfast will get them ready for the day! Lunch is filled with homemade soups, sandwiches with freshly made bread, and fresh veggies in salads offer lots of nutrition for your children. Finally, snacks filled with nuts, seeds, fresh fruits and veggies are filling enough to hold them over until dinner. As a one woman show, I still take shortcuts but I try my best to offer foods that expand your child's interest in foods, provide optimal nutrition, and offer a wide variety of choices. I did serve chicken nuggets once because I forgot to turn the crock-pot on, oops!
